Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for validating the strategic system architecture proposed by Technology to ensure it aligns with the business target state. You will drive prioritization considering factors such as business benefits, delivery timelines, and system performance. Additionally, you will coordinate system interfaces/dependencies/change releases for the Treasury and Liquidity Reporting work streams and ensure alignment across all centres. Your role will involve supporting the development of testing packs, reviewing test cases, and monitoring any gaps/bugs identified to track progress and ensure resolution.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a business solution owner for projects target state and support the analysis included in relevant concept and methodology papers required for BRDs- Ensure detailed requirements are documented in BRDs and signed off by relevant stakeholders- Ensure new solutions comply with internal procedures/external regulatory guidelines and that project deliverables are well-understood by business stakeholders, project team, and end-users- Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs- Identify new process improvement opportunities- Communicate with policy owners, producers of regulatory and internal risk metrics, and desks to understand processes, user needs, and resolve issuesQualifications:- 5 to 8 years of functional experience in Liquidity risk, regulatory reporting change Management, data analyst, or business data analysis roles- Preferred experience with Moodys Fermat/Risk Authority risk calculation and reporting engine- Knowledge of Basel Liquidity regulations and financial risk- Strong knowledge of reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), and statistics- Experience with both waterfall & agile methodologies- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy- Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional Details of the Company:Standard Chartered is an international bank committed to making a positive difference for its clients, communities, and employees.
