Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for various HR and administrative tasks including time office functions, payroll management, statutory compliance, recruitment for blue-collar employees, facility management, employee engagement, event coordination, and facing IMS audits. Additionally, you will manage services such as canteen, horticulture, security, and housekeeping.Key Responsibilities:- Perform Time Office functions and Payroll management- Ensure statutory and legal compliance as per the labour codes and other acts/rules- Handle recruitment activities for Blue Collar employees- Manage Facility Management services, office administration, travel, and hotel management- Coordinate Employee Engagement and Events- Face IMS audits- Supervise Canteen, Horticulture, Security, and Housekeeping ServicesQualifications Required:- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Labour Management, or Business Administration- MBA in HR- Any Diploma related to HR or IR would be an added advantage- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar roleAbout the Company:The WIKA Group is a global leader in measurement technology, providing products and services for safe, efficient, and sustainable processes for over 75 years.
