Role Overview:You will be responsible for the development of production-ready solutions and designing solutions that consider reuse opportunities while meeting usability guidelines and corporate standards. As part of the Salesforce Product team, you will work on software to support Ford marketing campaigns. Your role will involve writing code, unit tests, automation, and conducting code reviews, all while pair programming. Additionally, you will lead team members to establish best practices, interact closely with the product manager to devise solutions, and identify opportunities for adopting new technologies to address existing needs and future challenges.Key Responsibilities:- Develop production-ready solutions- Design solutions considering reuse opportunities and meeting usability guidelines and corporate standards- Create testing strategy, test cases, and test data based on system dependencies- Build and deploy solutions end-to-end in production- Write code, unit tests, and conduct code reviews- Lead team members to establish best practices- Work closely with the product manager to devise solutions and break them down into incremental production-ready user stories- Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies- Grow technical capabilities and provide guidance to team membersQualifications Required:- Must have skills in Site Reliability Engineering- Proficiency in SpringBoot Microservices, Java/J2EE, DEVOPS (Jenkins, Sonarqube), Jenkins/Tekton, Monitoring/Logging/Reporting, PCF/GCP, Github, SQL, Junit- Nice to have skills in Salesforce Core/Automotive Cloud, MuleSoft, APIGEE, SFMC, JavaScript, XML/HTML, CSS, jQuery, XML, JSON & CucumberExperience Required:- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience Role Overview:You will be responsible for the development of production-ready solutions and designing solutions that consider reuse opportunities while meeting usability guidelines and corporate standards.
