Job Description

    As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager at Dmart, you will have the opportunity to independently handle various responsibilities to ensure the smooth operations of our stores across Tamil Nadu. Your main responsibilities will include:- Responsible for overall store operations, overseeing a team of Department Managers and HR Officers to execute training programs, liaise with local authorities, and ensure compliance with all regulations.- Managing a large team across different departments such as cash, sales merchandise, housekeeping, security, and general administration.- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Implementing pilferage control measures.- Overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes.- Managing inventory and ensuring proper control.- Handling store merchandising to enhance visual appeal.- Motivating co-workers to improve their performance and efficiency.- Analyzing and studying the Fast Moving SKU, Slow Moving SKU, and Dead Stocks to optimize store performance.Qualifications required for this role include:- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.- Diploma/Graduate degree or above.- Up to 38 years of age.Desired candidate profile:- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Leading by example.- Proficient in multitasking.- Strong communication skills.If you are looking for a challenging role in the retail industry and possess the necessary qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
