    As an Account Director at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital evolution of influential industrial giants in India. You will have the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and build lasting partnerships with key stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization.**Main Responsibilities:**- **Ecosystem & GTM Orchestration:** Collaborate with various Go-To-Market channels to fulfill complex customer requirements effectively.- **Strategic Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value strategic accounts, fostering deep and trust-based partnerships.- **Business Architecture:** Co-create impactful digital transformation strategies by understanding customer business models and long-term goals.- **Value Proposition Execution:** Work with internal teams to deliver tailored propositions addressing industry-specific needs like energy efficiency and production agility.- **Innovation Leadership:** Introduce cutting-edge technologies to customers and translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.- **Performance Tracking:** Achieve Order Intake, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets while maintaining accurate pipeline visibility using CRM tools.**What You Need to Make a Real Impact:**- **Education:** Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.- **Experience:** Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in the Automation, Digital Solutions, or Industrial sectors.- **Strategic Mindset:** Ability to manage complex sales cycles and drive business growth through innovation.- **Ecosystem Expertise:** Understanding of leveraging external partners to provide comprehensive solutions.- **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- **Tech Proficiency:** Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.As you consider joining us, you will have the autonomy to navigate significant industrial portfolios in India while being supported by a global leader in digital innovation.
