    As a dedicated Supervisor BPO (Lead - Quality Assurance) at C.H. Robinson in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, you will be responsible for managing and developing your team to ensure operational excellence and compliance with processes. Your role will involve setting yearly KPIs to support strategic objectives and overseeing team operations to meet the needs of CHR Offices. If you have a passion for leadership and customer service, we are interested in hearing from you!**Key Responsibilities:**- Expertise in quality assurance & audit methodologies- Tracking and analyzing performance metrics- Identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions- Data analysis & reporting- Leadership & team management- Proactive problem-solving & decision-making- Effective communication & negotiation skills- Attention to detail- Contributing to wider decision-making- Ensuring optimal customer service levels- Collaborating with stakeholders for process improvements**Qualifications:**- **Required:** - Bachelors degree - Minimum 8 years of relevant trade experience - Ability to work a flexible schedule - Fluent in English (written and verbal)- **Preferred:** - Experience in logistics operations & processes - Quality assurance within logistics sector or BPO vendor management - Training teams on quality standards - Prior supervisory experience - Hands-on experience in process improvement initiatives - Certification in Six Sigma / ISO standards / Power BI - Proactive and hardworking attitude - Critical thinking & problem-solving skills - Strong leadership skills - Previous experience in process improvement and maximizing efficiency - Values a diverse and inclusive work environmentC.H.
