Supply Chain Business Analyst / Product Manager

Job Description

As a Middle Office Business Analyst, your role will involve utilizing your strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis. You will be responsible for tasks such as business process definition, requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, and proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD, and user stories. Your ability to plan consulting/functional work and take ownership of project outcomes will be crucial. You will excel in Stakeholder Management, engaging with both business and technology stakeholders effectively. Acting as a key point of contact for various groups throughout the implementation process, you will interface with business stakeholders to make key design/process decisions and contribute to the delivery plan. Your responsibilities will also include delivering assigned tasks on time, contributing to project planning activities, and reviewing test cases prepared by the QA team. Running demo sessions with business stakeholders prior to production go-live to gather early feedback will also be part of your role.Qualifications Required:- Full-time MBA from any top-tier B School, preferably in Finance/IT/Systems/Ops- 9 to 14 years of work experience as a Business Analyst/consultant- Knowledge and practical experience of Project Management methodologies- Hands-on experience with Agile Methodologies and its ceremonies- Strong BA skills with supply chain domain experience in custom build applications- Problem-solving mindset with experience in complex design and large product development projects using Agile- Proficiency in various system/platform integration patterns, methodologies, and designs- Good knowledge/experience of SQL for data extraction, creating/managing data models, ER diagrams, and application architectureThe company may have additional details related to Domain skills, such as experience in the Commodity trading domain (Energy, Agri, metals, or concentrates), which would be a nice-to-have for this role.
