Working with customers in diverse industries such as banking and retail will broaden your knowledge base and specialization prospects.To excel in this role, you should have:- 4 to 6 years of experience with a strong understanding of Sybase ASE architecture and Sybase Replication.- Proficiency in diagnosing server and query slowness, query optimization, master database recovery, and DR concepts.- Knowledge of improving reorg and update statistics performance, maintenance activities, and database recovery.- Hands-on experience with ASE database upgrade/patching, proxy tables, SSL, and troubleshooting replication errors.- Scripting knowledge would be advantageous.Preferred experience includes automation, vulnerability management, and familiarity with on-premises AD FS and Azure AD.At Kyndryl, diversity is celebrated, and inclusivity is a core value.
