Job Description

As a Scrum Master, your role involves independently facilitating the growth and maturity of Agile teams to ensure transparent delivery of results for repetitive and incremental processes. You will be responsible for transforming and guiding teams to the Agile way of organizing and functioning, moving from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile principles. Your main responsibilities include influencing an Agile mindset through continuous coaching, enabling the assigned squad(s) by eliminating blockers, optimizing operations, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. You will also play a key role as a Change Agent in transforming teams onto the Agile way of organizing and working, influencing an Agile mindset through coaching and mentoring, and managing blockers effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Transform and guide teams to the Agile way of organizing and functioning- Influence an Agile mindset through continuous coaching- Enable the assigned squad(s) by eliminating blockers and optimizing operations- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure transparent delivery of results- Transform teams onto the Agile way of organizing and working- Influence an Agile mindset through coaching and mentoring- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage blockers effectivelyMoreover, you will collaborate with fellow Scrum Masters to share information and facilitate continuous improvement. Skills required for this role include expertise in Iterative Delivery, Requirements & Design Collaboration, and the ability to describe Agile concepts effectively to a team. A strong understanding of Agile scaling techniques, various Agile tools, and project planning is essential. You will also support Agile software development practices by administering and supporting requirements tools, creating dashboards and reports, and helping agile teams use data for continuous improvement efforts. Building collaborative relationships with business and technology stakeholders, working closely with Product Owners and Dev teams, and supporting project planning cycles with customized data requests are also part of your responsibilities.Qualifications Required:- Expertise in Iterative Delivery and Requirements & Design Collaboration- Ability to describe Agile concepts effectively- Strong understanding of Agile scaling techniques and various Agile tools- Bachelors degree in computer science, software development, or related field- 10 years of experience in Software Development and/or Quality Assurance- At least 5 years of experience in an Agile environment and technology project management- Strong skills in Agile Scrum, dashboards, and JiraPlease note that the job is with UST, a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
