As a Technical Specialist in Gen AI, you will play a crucial role in driving the AI/GenAI strategy forward and unlocking innovation. Your role will involve serving as a subject matter expert on AI technologies and being at the forefront of AI/GenAI advancements.Key Responsibilities:- Create GenAI technical strategy and develop frameworks and accelerators to assist customers.- Research and establish a technical roadmap for healthcare customers.- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of core AI and GenAI concepts such as machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, generative models, and more.- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.- Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions across various domains.- Implement AI projects in the healthcare space and oversee the AI/GenAI development lifecycle.- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within products and workflows.- Advocate for responsible AI practices and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines.- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.- Analyze and optimize AI model performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Qualification Required:- Engineering Degree BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.Additional Company Details:CitiusTech is a global healthcare technology company with over 8,500 professionals dedicated to powering healthcare digital innovation and business transformation.
