Job Description

As a Senior Treasury Analyst at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for managing and supporting global treasury activities, which include funding, liquidity risk management, asset and liability management, capital management, financial performance management, and related activities. You will also monitor and evaluate global market conditions, providing overall advisory on treasury finance risk. Your role will involve ensuring accurate recurring deliverables are completed and compliant with various treasury risk management regulatory requirements. Collaboration with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management, Model Governance teams, regulatory agencies, accounting, and consulting firms will be crucial.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and support global treasury activities- Monitor and evaluate global market conditions- Provide advisory on treasury finance risk- Ensure accurate recurring deliverables are completed- Collaborate with internal and external parties for effective treasury management- Make recommendations to senior group members and management- Resolve issues and achieve goals through collaboration and consultation- Interact with internal customers and receive direction from leadersQualifications Required:- 4 years of Treasury experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education- Desired qualifications include CA/CFA/FRM/MBA- Total experience of more than 10 years after qualification- Experience in LCR, NSFR, ILAAP, Stress testing, IRRBB- Familiarity with tools like Alteryx, Power Bi, Python, etc.In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, Wells Fargo values diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
