UIUX Designer with P&C

Job Description

As an Offshore Senior UI/UX Designer in the Reports & Dashboards for P&C Domain, your role involves leading the design and user experience strategy for reports and dashboards related to the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance decision-making and data.**Key Responsibilities:**- Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and understand user needs for dashboards- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for Power BI dashboards and other reporting designs- Ensure designs align with usability principles, accessibility standards, and corporate branding- Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to final implementation- Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design- Provide design specifications and guidance to offshore and onshore teams- Stay updated on UI/UX best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and BI**Qualifications Required:**- 8 to 12 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on dashboards and data- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Power BI and other BI platforms for dashboard understanding- Knowledge of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility- Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visual communication- Strong communication skills for stakeholder discussions and requirements in the P&C Insurance domainThis job does not provide any additional details about the company.
