Job Description

    In this role at HCL Tech for the International Voice Process, you will be expected to have the following qualifications:- Freshers with a degree in B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, MCom, or BCA from 2024 & 2025 are eligible to apply.- Any graduates with no backlogs can also apply.The key responsibilities for this position include:- Having experience ranging from freshers to 1 year in any International BPO (voice process or email chat).- Providing proper relieving documents or resignation acceptance is mandatory.- Demonstrating excellent communication skills.- Being willing to work from the office.If you are interested in this role, you can attend the interview on 18th September 2025 between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at AMB 6, 8 South Phase, MTH Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600058, India. The contact person for any queries is Nandhinee HR.Please note that this position requires you to work in US Shifts (Night Shift) with weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays. Both pick up and drop transportation facilities will be provided. The work location is in Chennai Sholinganallur.
