Job Description

Compliance Program ManagerLocation: Chicago, IL, USA; Atlanta, GA, USAExperience Level: MidSummary: Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.Minimum qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, program management or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

Familiarity with industry-accepted compliance policies and frameworks.
Understanding of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks.
Ability to analyze business processes, identify risks and dependencies, and propose solutions.
Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, executive management, and regulators.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively write, edit and collaborate, including emails, documentation, and slide presentations.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Manage compliance projects and processes, planning execution, monitoring progress, coordinating timelines, and driving outcomes.
Identify program deficiencies, assess gaps, design controls, apply risk management knowledge, and report findings to stakeholders and leadership.
Provide subject matter expertise for scaled compliance workflows, monitoring performance, suggesting enhancements, and implementing improvements.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting, aligning stakeholders on decisions and adapting to changes.
Develop training materials, deliver training segments, challenge the status quo, and solve problems to improve compliance effectiveness.
