Plan and organize quality kindergarten and Preschool program in line with the School management guidelines Develop annual master plan and schedule for marketing, academic curriculum and other school activities Implement best teaching and learning approaches Supervise the instructional programs of the school Evaluation of lesson plans Observation of classes on a regular basis Manage positive interaction with parents and the school stakeholders Handling ad-hoc duties as requested Report to the management if staff do not meet their job responsibilities Manage to update staff on school information and developments Seek ideas for the improvement of the school Conduct meetings, as necessary, for the proper functioning of the school Organize Monthly Staff meetings Timely reporting to the Board in required format
