1. Complete accounting functions through effective systems and processes of a medium sized Group (4 - 5 entities) and ensure financial controls through checks and balances.2. Compliances under Direct and Indirect Taxes , incl. TDS , Advance Tax and applicable Labour laws. Handle GST matters incl. procedural requirement of filing various returns under GST.3. Timely Finalisation of accounts and deal with statutory Auditors / Tax Auditors. Preparation / Interactions for Assessments under Income Tax Act. Filing of Income tax returns for Companies / Firms / Individuals4. Experience and expertise in working in a systems driven computerized environment incl. thorough knowledge of Accounting Software / s , incl. Tally , MS Office etc.,
