Job Description

We are hiring forAdmission Counsellor.Please find below the details:Salary : 20k to 25kLocation : Karol Bagh & Gtb NagarQualification : Graduate / Prefer Masters degree .Experience : 1 to 4 years in same.Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates recruitment techniques by determining the effectiveness of each recruitment technique used for admissions.
  • Should be passionate about sales, Excellent convincing skills to mould parents, students.
  • Welcomes prospective students by processing paperwork; interviewing applicants; arranging and conducting campus tours; conducting follow-up activities such as phone-calling campaigns.
  • Maintains recruiting operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Calling perspective candidates via mails, messages (whatsapp/SMS), then counseling them (1:1), making them walk In to campus finally enrolling them.
  • Completes projects by identifying and implementing new technology and resources; redesigning systems.
  • Enhances admissions department reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
