We are hiring for Affiliate Marketing Executive.Industry: FMCGSkills:-Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing; proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns; knowledge in ad-serving technologies, experience in campaign management; excellent time management and project management skills; strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and work well independently and in a team setting.Specific work elements:-Maintaining and developing affiliate marketing programs, recruiting new affiliate partners; monitoring affiliate practices; negotiating and evaluating affiliate advertising agreements; maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners; regularly monitoring campaign performance; compiling and submitting campaign performance reports; providing monthly invoices to affiliate partners; and handling the buying, renegotiation of rates, renewing or canceling media placements and other advertising programs.Experience Requirements:-The candidate should possesses masters degree in marketing, advertising, or a similar field; should have at least4 years of experience in affiliate network marketing and should have hands-on experience in the FMCG category.
