AI Solutions Engineer - Generative AI

Job Description

As an AI Solutions Engineer Generative AI at ALIANDO, you will be responsible for the following:Role Overview:You will be involved in AI application development, specifically building AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks. Additionally, you will develop multi-model AI solutions that incorporate language, vision, speech, and document intelligence models. Your role will also include implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector search and enterprise knowledge sources, as well as building integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tooling frameworks.Key Responsibilities:- Design and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI Studio and Azure OpenAI- Integrate AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure data platforms- Support deployment and testing of AI models in cloud environments- Assist in delivering AI consulting engagements for enterprise customers- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design- Support deployment and optimization of AI solutions in customer environments- Monitor and improve performance of AI applications- Implement prompt optimization and evaluation techniques- Improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency of AI solutions- Implement Responsible AI and security best practices- Ensure AI solutions follow enterprise governance and compliance requirementsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field- 02 years of experience building AI or machine learning applications- Strong programming skills in Python- Experience using Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar)- Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architecture- Basic experience with Azure cloud services- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design- Strong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:- Experience using Azure AI Studio / Azure AI Foundry- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex- Experience working with multimodal AI models- Experience deploying applications using Docker or cloud infrastructure- Exposure to consulting or customer-facing technical rolesCertifications (Preferred):Candidates should hold or be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire:- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer AssociateALIANDO is an equal-opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, and values individuals seeking employment based on merit without regard to any protected category.
