Job Description

Candidate Role in organization: The purpose of the role is to implement theSales& Marketing strategies and programs to achieve Market growth andSalestargets of Green-O-Tech India for all segments, contributing to Brand Building and Market expansion for Green-O-Tech India. He is responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships with key accounts & effectively managing the team. It plays a key role in achieving the growth in market share and the expansion of the organization through effectivesalesstrategy implementation.Job Description

  • New Business Development & Achieving set SalesTargets
  • Achieve topline businesssalestargets for the project assigned on a monthly basis- individually as well as through the team.
  • ImplementSalesStrategies as conceptualised by Management; Discounts/ Offers/ Schemes planned for the assigned project.
  • Generate Leads through cold calling and other sources. Manage a proper Lead Management system to tap new Business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key customers to ensure repeat and referral business on new as well as existing projects.
  • Provide market trends andsalesinformation and inputs to Senior Management Team for analysis and formulatingSalesStrategy andSalesforecast.
  • Assist Management Team in conducting Consumer Surveys, Competitor analysis (to track competition), Market analysis in order to line up thesalesstrategies.
Travelling: Job would involve travelling - Own Vehicle MandatoryCOMPETENCIES/ SKILL SET
  • Should be able to work independently
  • Should be a good Team Member with responsible attitude.
