Job Description

    As a Manager / Assistant Director in the Service Excellence department at EY, your role will involve leading and mentoring continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology. You will be responsible for monitoring and communicating the efficiency savings achieved through these initiatives. Additionally, you will conduct process improvement workshops, trainings on quality tools, and engage with the Transitions team to identify process solutions. Your responsibilities will also include partnering on Quality Culture building initiatives, managing global projects specific to the Service Excellence function, and building strong relationships with business stakeholders across different levels.Key Responsibilities:- Lead & mentor continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology- Monitor & communicate efficiency savings from improvement initiatives- Conduct process improvement workshops and trainings on quality tools- Engage with Transitions team to identify process solutions- Partner on Quality Culture building initiatives- Manage global projects in the Service Excellence function- Assist in providing smooth delivery of internal project outcomes- Define project scope and objectives involving relevant stakeholders- Track project performance and analyze successful completion of goals- Create value for clients independently through building visualization on Power BI dashboards- Utilize expertise in DAX functions in Power BI and automation using VBA Macros and MS Power Platforms- Perform rapid assessment of current landscape for clients and provide data insights and reporting- Deploy consulting best practices and techniques- Work on MIS data crunching, data analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Powerpoint- Utilize Excel functions like Lookup, Pivot table, etc.- Demonstrate stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills- Work with minimal supervision, influence change, and drive towards operational excellenceQualifications Required:- Over 9 years of work experience in executing process improvement initiatives and mentoring projects- Experience in transformations and re-engineering- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools and transition methodology- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Power platform; knowledge of Power BI and VBA projects- Additional skills: Project management certifications like PMP, stakeholder management, communication skills- Ability to work in strict timelines, influence change, and drive to learn new skills- Competencies in data analysis, visualization, statistical analysis, and team collaboration- Six Sigma GB/BB certification and experience in data mining and exploratory data analysisAdditional Details:EY is a global organization that aims to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society.
