Job Description

As an Assistant Manager HR Budgets & Data Analytics at EY, you will play a crucial role in providing data reporting, analytics, and insights for the Talent function to facilitate accurate planning and decision-making at all levels. Your responsibilities will include consulting with senior leadership in Global Talent COEs, maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders, generating innovative ideas for deliverables, analyzing and presenting data to identify trends and key issues, and working closely with data reporting and analytics team members. Additionally, you will be required to have strong client-facing skills, experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling, people management capabilities, and expertise in analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and R/Python programming. Key Responsibilities:- Consult with senior leadership in Global Talent COEs to understand strategic imperatives and deliver analysis and insights.- Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and build relevant analysis and interpretation.- Generate innovative ideas for deliverables and present data and information effectively.- Work closely with data reporting and analytics team members to articulate client demands and design necessary resources.- Understand data integration processes and ensure compliance with data privacy and legal issues.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent experience in MIS, Statistics, Decision Science, or a similar field.- 7 to 9 years of reporting and dashboard experience with a strong HR functional background.- Extensive knowledge of KPI metrics, headcount, hire, attrition, and performance analysis.Skills and Attributes:- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to communicate analytical and technical concepts effectively.- Good HR domain experience and familiarity with HR systems such as Peoplesoft, Success Factors.- Experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and people management.- Hands-on experience with Data Lake/Data Mart architecture, Power BI, Tableau, and R/Python programming.- Familiarity with SQL, KNIME/Alteryx, and appreciation of HRMS.Additional Company Details:EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) operates across six locations and offers fulfilling career opportunities in various business sectors.
