Responsible for ensuring and maintaining Oracle Fusion Core HR Configuration , system security , and proper functioning of system interfaces. Relevant experience in all phases of a full implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering , design , build , go - live , testing) in Oracle HCM Cloud. Hands - on configuration working with functional set up manager across Fusion modules. Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity , Assists system users with training , data entry , and troubleshoot system issues Meet or exceed service level agreements when making system updates , mass uploads , security changes , or troubleshooting interfaces. Provides support for Manager Self - Service , Employee Self - Service , and HCM Core work structures (Department codes , Job codes , Locations) Participate in HR initiatives , and serve as an HRIS subject matter expert in company - wide system integration projects when needed Assist key stakeholders with data analysis , data validations , and data extracts Partner with Payroll , Benefits , Compensation , Recruiting , and IT on a regular basis Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery Understand the business and controls impact of each work stream (Oracle SaaS , HCM) on all facets of the organization and existing technology applications Ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence Aptitude for trouble - shooting and problem - solving , with the ability to exercise mature judgment Good understanding of the HR Business Processes. Ability to build / review functional design specification documents Oracle HCM SaaS(ERP) platforms , and Oracle Time and Labor is a plus Strong oral and written communication skills , including presentation skills (MS Visio , MS PowerPoint) Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Flexible on Work time zone.
