What will you be doing Vision, Strategy and Direction: Works with lead to help define and implement aspects of the strategy and vision of the team. To Identify gaps between current state architecture and strategy into a project plan/roadmap where ever applicable Draft the vision and strategy with team References the strategy in supporting decision making with the team. Change Control: Controls the scope of projects, ensuring that rigorous change control is exercised Explore continuous improvement in the team and share the ideas. Governance and Reporting: Execution of governance and reporting structure appropriate for the project Establish and run Working Group or Steerco meetings (as appropriate)What we re looking for: Candidate should have Category and Sourcing background & detailed process understanding Work experience preferably along with team management Candidate must have hands on experience in Excel and PowerPoint Candidate should have experience in dealing with risk, process compliance and audits Candidate must have an understanding of Risk framework and ORAC process Sourcing Certification (if any) would be desirable.
