You will breathe candidate branding and create a strong brand promise!EXPERIENCE:- 8+ years in recruitment marketing/ employer branding- Experience in talent acquisition for technical profiles (PreferredRole:- Marketing Manager will develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies/ campaigns to support predictive hiring. He/she will represent the firm and own any form of interaction with external parties within the purview of public relations for talent acquisition purposes.Required Expertise:- Should have created content for both internal and external communication- Strategise campaigns - collaterals/assets/timelines- Understand recruitment nuances and challenges on which the strategies need to be created- Creating content around Job postings and talent attraction- Analysing campaign clicks, views and over all response- Analyse and bring in insights on organisation current standpoint in the market and can accordingly suggest branding strategies from Recruitment standpoint- Good in PPT and Gsuite.,
