Job Description

    AVP- SMB DigitalExperience: 10 to 15 YearsLocation: Delhi/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ ChennaiMust-Have: - Experience in B2B SaaS companies- Experience in Digital Business Transformations- Experience in Customer acquisition & Customer retention- This is a leadership role with excellent operational execution skills. This is an ideal role for an Operations leader in the B2B SaaS space who aspires to become a business leader by digitally transforming processes. - An ideal candidate would be a leader of operations with a client-facing role in a B2B SaaS Company.- The person who aspires to elevate to a business leader position and has a knack and domain expertise to review and digitally transform business processes- The candidate would have proven experience in the digital transformation of processes by engaging with multiple stakeholders in/ outside the company.- This is a leadership role and requires end-to-end execution of businessResponsibilities and Duties :- End to end Digital first and fully digital business- zero-touch and zero friction- Customer acquisition- servicing marketing leads, trial, order, payment, and agreement- Customer servicing - Onboarding, sponsor and employee engagement, reporting, ordering (per employee and addons) , subscription management, billing, and collection- Additionally, Run the customer acquisition for D segment (now end to end -acquisition to servicing) and develop SRD for to be for customer acquisition with business and technology for tech team to build- Beta test end-to-end platform- Finalize Change plan for existing customers, business plan for D segment- Go live and move of existing customers to a new model- Run the business as an integrated (acquisition and servicing) new unit to realize the growth vision,
