Job Description

    - Develop and execute production plans and schedules to meet customer demand, internal & external, and production targets. - Lead, manage and supervise the production team, ensuring the highest level of performance and productivity. - Ensure that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and comply with all applicable quality and safety standards. - Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring continuous improvement in production quality, efficiency, and output. - Manage the production budget, including labor costs, material costs, and capital expenditures. - Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, sales, and procurement to ensure smooth production operations. - Analyze and evaluate production data, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure timely delivery of finished products to customers, managing inventory levels, and optimizing distribution strategies. - Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing as needed. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including environmental, health, and safety regulations. - Identify losses/wastes (transportation, inventory, motion, waiting, overproduction, over-processing and defects) and rectify them in close coordination with concerned Department. - Hands on experience on Industrial Engineering (Line Balancing, Conveyor set-up, SOPs, OPL, OST, Shop Floor Space Utilization, Floor Marking), Master Carton Floor (Packing floor), Inventory Management (ERP vs Physical) Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as engineering, manufacturing, or business administration. - At least 10 years of experience in a production management role within the consumer electronics industry. - Demonstrated experience in managing complex production operations, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with production equipment and technologies used in the consumer electronics industry. - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. - Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including environmental, health, and safety regulations.,
