Job Description

Roles and responsibilities We are looking for self motivated freshers, hungry for a challenge, want to work hard and be part of a fun, entrepreneurial company, and someone who is keen to start their careers with an emerging marketing startup. Our client is a new age agency specializing in eCommerce & marketing solutions. They aim to help businesses go digital and help them with any and all solutions required in the process of running an eCommerce website efficiently. The team believes in data driven decision making while growth in brands performance metrics being the core focus. Founded by an experienced entrepreneur and marketing expert, the Gurgaon-based team covers all solutions including Consulting & execution of eCommerce setups & operations, Marketing across all digital mediums & Marketplace management. As a Business Analyst , you work with the Founder on all aspects of eCommerce. Your responsibility will be to work around generating revenues for brands via leveraging digital mediums. What you will do:

  • Managing marketplace operations Listing management, Listing optimization, Marketplace search optimization, Orderprocessing
  • Operations: Working with generated data on marketplaces, sales, marketing ads, catalogues for creating meaningful reports and analysis
  • Website management : Ensuring maintenance of brands websites
  • Managing the entire inventory records and order fulfilment process with detail and accuracy.
  • Preparing of MIS and doing relevant analysis in excel.
  • Managing all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicating relevant information to team members and driving efficiency in promotions and campaigns through the insights driven from the analytics.
  • Developing long term and short-term category plans including tactical promotions during special events.
  • Ads management Running & managing advertisements across digital platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIN and Marketplace ads
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • Graduated with a B.E. / B. Tech degree with minimum 7 GPA. It is only for freshers, no work experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills the ability to be able to communicate well and being available and proactive is an absolute.
  • Interest in eCommerce & Digital Marketing. If you like all things digital and are willing to grow your career in this field, then this is very relevant for you.
  • Ability to interpret strategic direction, and a willingness to learn.
  • Your attention to detail is impeccable. You produce a work product that requires little modification.
  • Analytical approach to the work given and a love for numbers is a must. A big part of the role would be around working with data and making sense out of it.
  • You are looking to make an immediate impact.
  • You want to work hard and be part of a fun, entrepreneurial company.
  • You balance your life with work as you see fit (as long as you are fully dedicated to the role).
  • You are passionate about writing and are very good at it, and have strong proofreading capabilities.
