Job Description

    Company Details:Our client company is engaged in manufacturing components for HVAC industry (heating, ventilation, and Air conditioning) and auto ancillaries.Role & responsibilities
    • Plan, organize, implement, and monitor sales activities to achieve sales targets in a sustainable and profitable manner.
    • Manage and mentor the BD team.
    • Gather & Analyze the Data to identify gaps
    • Analyze markets to find out opportunities for new business development and generate leads in the HVAC/Auto Component and engineering sector.
    • Identify new product/business opportunities for the companys existing product segment / as well as the new age segment
    Preferred candidate profile
    • BE(Mech.) MBA (Mktg.)
    • 10 years of experience in the HVAC/auto component industry.
    • Must have worked in the above Industry in the last 5 years
