In this role, you will be responsible for managing the resale of properties, identifying and selling rented properties, and sourcing and selling fresh properties. Your key focus will be driving the sales process, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and providing support to the sales team to maximize efficiency and performance.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the resale of properties, including identifying potential sellers and facilitating the transaction process.
    • Source, identify, and market fresh properties for sale, ensuring accurate listings and competitive pricing.
    • Identify and sell rented properties to interested buyers or investors, coordinating with property owners and tenants.
    • Oversee and streamline the sales process, ensuring all documentation, contracts, and negotiations are handled efficiently.
    • Work closely with the sales team to provide operational support, including preparation of proposals, contracts, and client communications.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies during all transactions.
    • Provide regular sales performance updates and operational reports to senior management.
    • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as property owners, brokers, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in real estate sales, including property resales, rentals, and fresh listings.
    • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Proficient in CRM systems, real estate software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
