Job Description

A technical presales engineer will play a crucial role in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. He/she will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and demonstrating the value proposition of our products to potential clients. The primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our solutions and assisting in closing sales deals.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution consulting, preferably in the software industry.Technical knowledge of Endpoint management software (any OEM), Mobile Device Management, Thin client and VDI will be an advantage.Basic technical knowledge of IT networking is a must.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for technology.Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and events.
