Responsible for achieving sales targets on Monthly, Quarterly & Annually from Govt vertical in the assigned territory region. Generate leads prospects 10X to achieve targets. Responsible for timely submission of invoices & collection of payments from Clients. Responsible for building rapport at CXO level (IAS, Director in Govt); understand and influence in the policy & decision making process. Closely monitor various Central Govt schemes & programs in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, other related Ministries and share with Superiors for working our sales strategy at national level. Responsible for effective territory management by working out coverage plan. Plan & adhere to daily sales calls, journey cycle plans for lead generation for Self & team. Responsible for timely submission of sales reports such as Daily Calls reports, Journey Cycle Plan, Sales Forecasts & Funnel, Competitor information, etc. Establish, build and nurture rapport with doctors, Medical Superintendents and other medical staff in Govt domain to promote Phoenix s products on a regular basis. Help identifying new product opportunities, andor product, packaging, and service changes based on customer feedback and market information. Responsible for holding promotional events and new product launches for Govt customers in the region from time to time. Responsible for collecting competition information by tracking their activities like new product launches, pricing strategy, promotional schemes, etc. and report to Head Office on a regular basis. Provide sales forecasts on periodic basis.
Qualifications & Experience: Essential: Graduate in any discipline Desirable: PGDM MBS from any reputed institute 3-5 years experience in Govt sales preferably in selling medical equipments or other healthcare products to hospitals, medical practitioners, etc. Experience in working at CXO level in Govt (IAS officers Directors) in both Central & State Govts.
