The Outbound Phones executive will be responsible for selling our Client’s Loan Schemes to existing customers over the phone and driving sales numbers under Loyality Programme of our Client. The executive will seek for cross sales / incremental sales from existing customers.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales with a view to ensuring that sales targets are metMaintain client confidentialityMeeting target number of outbound calls as requiredEnsuring quality standards for phone calls are metProviding product information and guidance to the target segmentProviding timely MISKey Skills Required:Excellent command on Kannada. Knowledge of other languages (English / Hindi) will be an added advantage.Good knowledge of Ms Office especially Excel.Strong communication skills - convey information effectively.Ability to meet or exceed targets while under pressure.The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas.Team player.Planning and Target Oriented.Interacting in a friendly and professional manner with customers.Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
