Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  • Preparation of Purchase order and Purchase invoice.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Responding to complaints from vendors and give after-project support when requested.
  • Coordinate with project team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules.
  • Taking care of all projects done on deadline.
  • Payment follow up.
  • Taking care of payment to vendors from advance to final payment.
  • Records of Account receivables and payable.
