Job Description

    Hi,We are hiring for Collections Professional. Below is the job Description ;
    • To attract, retain and improve collections through outbound/inbound and walk ins.
    • Taking care of projections and documentation related to intimation letters of Registry, Indemnity, reminder letters etc.
    • Review customer complaint and suggestions and conduct regular meetings with HOD.
    • Maintaining the records of the customers.
    • Preparing the surrender documents.
    • Responsible for keeping the proper record of mails received from customer and revert to their queries timely.
    • Maintaining the MIS reports.
    • Ensure and try in achieving the financial target of collections.
    Eligibility :
    • Good in presentation/communication skills.
    • Should have relevant experience with Real Estate developer.
    • Proficient in MS Power point, Word and Excel.
    • Comfortable working in dynamic work environment
