Consultant - BPM, PAM, JEEPosting Location : Location IN-New DelhiPosting date 9 hours ago(8/3/2022 4:10 AM)Job ID 96275 Workday ID R-026488 About the job The Red Hat Consulting Services team is looking for a Consultant with significant experience in Red Hat Process Automation Manager offering, including business process management (BPM), business rules management (BRM), and JEE to join us in New Delhi, India. In this role, you will expand your core base of expertise while traveling to customer sites in India promoting Red Hats solutions. Youll play a key role in our customers evolution in enterprise development and help make our solutions both practical and workable for their businesses. As a Consultant, you will guide the on-site implementation of Red Hats middleware technologies like Red Hat Process Automation Manager and Red Hat Decision Manager. Youll work to gain an understanding of customers infrastructure and business needs, make recommendations that resolve customer issues, and help them make strategic decisions. Youll then build enterprise applications and capabilities around cloud technologies to streamline development and allow for continuous feature release of applications. What you will do
• Serve as the subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing the technical, development, or strategic IT requirements for business process and business rules
• Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, implementation, testing, customer training, and deployment of open source solutions for business process and business rules
• Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data is required
• Understand industry practices and Red Hats policies and procedures
• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods to obtain solutions
What you will bring
• 8+ years of experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders on a range of development and deployment projects for business process and business rules
• 5+ years of experience and advanced knowledge of middleware, Red Hat Process Automation Manager with the BPM, BRMS, and JEE, including enterprise web or middleware development project experience
• Deep experience in business process and business rules at least one of the major middleware solutions; knowledge of Red Hat Application Services is preferred, but experience with Oracle, IBM, Tibco, or webMethods will also be considered
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, object-oriented design, and development principles, including enterprise design patterns
• Understanding of Java frameworks, libraries, or tools like Spring Boot, Quarkus, Apache Maven, Eclipse, or Apache Tomcat
• Good working knowledge of microservices, container, and cloud solution or architecture
• Willingness to travel up to 50-75% of the time, following Red Hat s COVID-19 guidelines
