DESIGNATION: CREATIVE DIRECTOR compensation : 45- 70k/ month (As per Experience and Competence) . Preference: The candidate should be ready to join immediately. EXPERIENCE: MIN 3- 4 YEARS JOB DESCRIPTION: Accountable for recruiting Creative Talent and successfully building a award- winning team, growing from 2 to 5 team members within one year.Develop story based brands and ability to create Campaigns.Align creative functions and develop pod system amongst the team.Producing multi- disciplinary creative work that support strategic plans within a fast- paced start- up environment.Negotiate and manage all vendor / supplier relationships with as per client and project briefs and budgets.Consistently lead Organizations communication and presentation efforts with client- side and facilitated strong project management and prioritize clients goals.Direct creative management and develop a strong incentive- based working environment that help achieve average project profit margins of 50%.Design, creatives and content using appropriate tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and for all creative requirements or opportunities.Drive all aspects of creative experience design ensuring delivery of creative at the quality level of the highly recognized and successful brand.Direct& monitor social media right from identifying need to experience delivery.Deliver from concept to launch for all - be it individual projects or campaigns.Manage estimates, budgets and media spend.Responsible for the design, art direction and management of all the companys product lines.Managed all aspects of development including design planning , art direction, editorial, lettering, colour separations, and press approvals.Supervise graphic designers, and art director and support personnel.Manage the work of freelance artists and outside design services.Create and supervise production of printed materials and other executions in support of product offeringsRevise content and presentations, approve/ reject ideas, provide feedback to the teaMonitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the futureREQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative head accountable roleHand- on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand developmentExcellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and command experience if not knowledge on other mediums like web/ 3D / animation/ motion graphic/ digital and other formats of creation and expression.Outstanding leadership and organization skillsExemplary interpersonal and analytical abilitiesShould be from an agency and branding organisation background BSc/ BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/ MA will be considered an assetPreference: The candidate should be ready to join immediately,
