Job Description

As a Supervising Associate Presentation Designer at EY, you will play a crucial role in owning the creative and visual direction for various creative collaterals. Your responsibilities will include providing creative leadership to design teams, producing strategically sound conceptual work, adhering to EY brand guidelines, staying updated with industry trends, and effectively managing multiple creative projects. You will also be required to mentor junior team members, communicate with customers, and provide innovative design solutions. Your role will involve leading project discussions with a customer-centric mindset and prioritizing deadlines effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Provide creative leadership to design teams for various collaterals such as brochures, illustration layouts, infographics, proposals, motion graphic content, and social media collaterals- Produce strategically sound conceptual work through rapid prototyping and storyboard creation- Adhere to EY brand guidelines and exceed expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget, and efficiency- Stay updated with current and future design trends and advocate the same to team members and customers- Provide art direction support, identify opportunities to employ creative approaches, and communicate effectively with customers- Mentor junior team members, prioritize deadlines, and contribute towards organizational initiativesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and experience across digital, social, and integrated media- Strong visual design and creative thinking capability- At least 6 years of experience in a fast-paced global environment with team management experience- Proficient in presentation design, visual storytelling, email design, UI/UX, workshop materials, and familiarity with video and animation capabilitiesSkills and Attributes for Success:- User-centric mindset with a creative, innovative, and analytical approach- Exceptional project management, risk management, and team management skills- Proven track record of delivering high-quality output on time and within budget- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of current and future visual trendsIdeally, you will also have knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and motion graphics skills.EY Global Delivery Services offers a dynamic and global delivery network, providing fulfilling career opportunities and the chance to work on exciting projects with well-known brands.
