Job Description

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
    • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other relevant documentation.
    • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
    • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
    • Administer employee benefits programs.
    • Collaborate with payroll and finance departments to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits.
    • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
    • Proficiency in using HR software and systems.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
    • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
    • * Proficiency in the English language accompanied by effective communication abilities.
