Job Description

We are looking for the Customer Support Engineer for our Technical Products (International Non-Voice Process).

    1. Must have experience in handling chat and email support of products.
    2. Must be able to resolve and assign tickets on time.
    3. Knowledge of basic technical terms.
    4. Coordinate with internal technical teams and customer to resolve issues in a timely manner
    5. Escalate the tickets internally as appropriate.
    6. Understanding coding practices, code quality, and code coverage.
    7. Must be very good in communication skills.
    8. Knowledge of programming will be an added advantage
    9. Must be willing to join immediately
