    DescriptionPosition: Customer Support Specialist - WFH (03 Months Contract)Education: Atleast Graduated Experience: 1.5yrs 6 yrsIndustry Type: Fintech/Software Functional Area: Customer SupportJob Location: New Delhi (currently Work From Home) No. of working days: 05 days per weekDesired Candidate Skills: - Experience of working with US-based Customers.- Have worked on emails and chats.- Open to work in Night/Rotational Shifts.- Preferable if they can join immediately.- Good Communication Skills- Preferably No Major Gaps in Career- Strong knowledge of customer service software and development tools such as Zendesk, Jira, and Slack.
