Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in the Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting (PC) - Work Force Management (WFM) team at EY, you will play a crucial role in managing the global workforce for clients in alignment with their HR function and organizational plans. Your expertise in Dayforce will be instrumental in supporting client projects and enhancing the Workforce management service offerings within the practice.**Key Responsibilities:**- Support client projects by leveraging deep knowledge of Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Labour Scheduling, and other Workforce management processes and systems.- Work as part of a global distributed team to ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy of project deliverables.- Be recognized as a subject matter expert in one or more areas within the Workforce management domain.- Participate in full life cycle activities including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Knowledge Transfer, Migration, and Postproduction Support.- Contribute to the development of thought leadership collateral, tools, and methodologies to enhance Workforce management service offerings.- Manage and support EY initiatives within the practice.- Establish effective client communication cadence and build strong relations with clients and project team counterparts globally.**Skills and Attributes for Success:**- High integrity and commitment to excel in a challenging environment.- Proactive approach to managing ambiguity.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.- High energy levels, agility, and adaptability.- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for client projects.- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.**Qualifications Required:**- 6 - 9 years of relevant experience.- Minimum 4 years of experience in Workforce management and Payroll consulting.- Bachelors degree or equivalent.- Experience in a consulting environment on global client projects.Apart from the above, **EY** is dedicated to creating a better working world by providing support, coaching, and feedback to its employees.
