WE need Technical cum Desktop Support Engineer for Renowned IT Company at South Delhi Location, Near Saaket metro.Post- Technical Support cum Desktop support (5 Post is available)Exp- 1-4 YearsSalary- 16K- 25KLocation- South Delhi, Near saaket MetroJob Detail- To be qualified for this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus.Technical Support Associate responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, providing local IT Support to internal teams and using remote desktop connections, email and on call support to external clients for quick answers to their IT issues. For all external clients Support Associate will provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role (minimum 1 year experience in similar role)Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk) Good Knowledge of Installation and configuration Windows Server 2008,2012,2016 Good Knowledge of Installation and configuration MS SQL Server 2008,2012,2014MS SQL Server DB Backup, Restoration Good Knowledge of IIS7.0,7.5,8.0,8.5Good Knowledge of LAN,WANGood Knowledge of TFS(Team Foundation Server) Installation and configuration Windows7,Windows8,Windows10Basic Knowledge of Linux,ubuntu Server Health check Monitoring. Install and configure software and hardware, set up accounts and workstations. Basic knowledge of Active Directory ,DNS, DHCPHands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issuesFamiliarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg.
