WE need Technical cum Desktop Support Engineer for Renowned IT Company at South Delhi Location, Near Saaket metro.Post- Technical Support cum Desktop support (5 Post is available)Exp- 1-4 YearsSalary- 16K- 25KLocation- South Delhi, Near saaket MetroJob Detail- To be qualified for this role, you should hold a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification is a plus.Technical Support Associate responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, providing local IT Support to internal teams and using remote desktop connections, email and on call support to external clients for quick answers to their IT issues. Install and configure software and hardware, set up accounts and workstations. Basic knowledge of Active Directory ,DNS, DHCPHands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issuesFamiliarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg.
