As the Desktop Support Engineer , you will be responsible for enabling and supporting modern workplace environments for companys customers.What you will do:

  • Closely collaborating with various internal and external technology and business team
  • Supporting, implementing, deploying and managing of Windows, iOS and Android operating systems
  • Assisting with documenting existing workflows and requirements for process changes and/or SharePoint sites
  • Comprehending the solutions and services offered by company and communicating the value proposition to prospects
  • Navigating difficult conversations and drive effective solutions to business problems

  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 is required
  • Experience on mobile device management. preferably Microsoft Intune
  • Experience in support, implementation, deployment and management of Windows, iOS and Android operating systems
  • Knowledge of MS Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS flow
  • Knowledge of browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome, etc.) and how they relate to O365 services
  • Good Documentation skills
  • Willingness & capability to learn new technologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills
  • Knowledge of competing products and industry standard implementation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
