Direct Sales Lead- Kitchenware company exp.- 3 to 5 years Designation: Salary Range:up to 8 lakhs Location:Delhi- NCR, Mumbai, Chennai City: Education and/ or Work Experience Requirements: UG- Any Specialization / MBA preferred 5+ Years in Direct Sales/ Customer SalesService Self- motivated and goal oriented Good analytical skills Must understand the needs of the channel partners Excellent communication skills Positive approach and zeal to drivethrough allocated tasks Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintaining and increasing sales of company products through direct selling model Hiring consultants and training them topromote & sell our products Reaching the targets and goals set foryour area Establishing, maintaining and expandingyour customer base Servicing the needs of your existingcustomers Increasing business opportunities throughvarious routes to market Setting sales targets for individual repsand your team as a whole Training the consultants Developing sales strategies and settingtargets Monitoring your consultant performanceand motivating them to reach targets Possibly dealing with some major customeraccounts yourself Collecting customer feedback and marketresearch Keeping up to date with products andcompetitors Co- ordination: Consolidate & generating leads (areawise) from all ATL/ BTL activities passing them in a timely fashion torespective consultants Generating leads through Facebook / SMS/ Newspaper leads: shared with consultants within 24 hours of receipt &followed up in following week with an update back from DB. Assist in all regional events, bookingvenues, planning logistics, catering for events and coordinating with eventscompanies etc. Lead generation actions/ Kiosks/ friendshipvisits/ referral programs Demonstration parties,
