Our comprehensive and tailored service offering covers each stage of the project life cycle and a variety of commercial models, giving our clients the flexibility, they need.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the complete scope of work.
  • Give instructions to the Drilling Supervisors and it shall be his duty to see that the operator policies, practices and instructions are adequately issued.
  • Lead person to coordinate with the client.
  • Communicate with the Drilling Supervisor on-site to get all necessary information about the drilling operations on site.
  • Ensure the drilling operations are conducted safely and in accordance with the drilling programme & HSE policies.
  • Evaluate the operations technical risks.
  • Planning of the operations and resolving the technical difficulties.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Engineering Graduate technically sound in understanding of geology, drilling & wells operations.
  • Should have minimum 20 years of experience out of which at least 5 years in Project Management.
  • At least 10 years as Senior Drilling Engineer.
  • He/She should have proven expertise in well engineering/design and dealing with various well complications, well control, drilling of directional wells and DST.
  • Proficiency in English language and knowledge of project and program management systems and processes, HSE standards are essential.
  • Must have valid IWCF level IV (Surface Supervisor) Certification and BOSIET or equivalent.
