Job Description

    • Supervises applications business development and account management teams in building and maintaining strong, positive business partner relationships with the client
    • Should have working experience of 15+ years in a BFSI industry in managing operations, 30+ team and different applications
    • Core Banking with Channels and Payments exposure is required.
    • Should effectively handle client in his client facing role
    • Should participate in customer requirement discussions and probable solutions
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work within team environment and independently when needed.
    • Knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices.
    • Collaborates with account teams on applications business development growth strategies within existing accounts;
    • formulates and executes designed business development plans to meet growth targets to increase revenue and market share while continuing to grow and expand accounts, leverages the use of innovation,
    • works with account management teams and service delivery resources to identify and develop solution opportunities and ensure appropriate implementation of customer solutions.
    • Understands and leverages operating models to ensure that the appropriate, dedicated, shared, on-site, off-site, offshore contractor and company resources are available to meet client needs.
    • Maintains expertise in management of client relationships and applications outsourcing, practical understanding of applications development methodology, best practices and principles, while sharing and collaborating with other team members.
    • Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
    • Work closely with different application lead and governance lead to manage operations and provide accurate estimate and delivery timelines
    • Provide status reporting of the development status and risks/issues
    • Responsible for initiating change and approval from stakeholders and defect free production delivery
    • Participate in post release meetings and ensure continuous improvement in quality and productivity.
    • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work with discipline and should be flexible with working hours
