Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Shall Primarily responsible for Ind AS compliance from all aspectsShall ensure monthly book closing activities in line with other statutory requirements Shall ensure timely release of monthly/Qtrly/Annually financials in line with Ind AS requirements. Shall draft/prepare and finalize information/data/schedules require under CARO and schedule III of companies Act Preparation & finalization of standalone/consolidated audited financials. Shall responsible for drafting , finalization & release of annual report SPOC for statutory auditors to ensuring proper & timely audit and having a clean report Co-ordinate internally to provide necessary informations/clarifications and take necessary steps to close/resolve all open observations/points. Shall ensure proper accounting of transaction posted into system on regular basis GL scrutiny/analysis, Ratio & trend Analysis and submission of GAP reports Shall Prepare & validate financials Information required under XBRL Audit /tax Audit / GST Audit /FLA Report etc Shall prepare & validate financial information require under Companies/Income tax/RBI/Custom/GST/ Other laws Drafting a monthly dashboard covering key highlights, GAP analysis , Implementation Status (Including all finding/deviations/GAP analysis with As Is & To Be. And ts implementation status) ,
