Job Description

    ESG Data Role - India TeamRequirements : We are looking to hire for a leadership position with experience and/or expertise in ESG data, climate change, and sustainability data to join our team and contribute to Arabesques global growth. You will be responsible and accountable for contributing to grow Arabesque S-Rays data products and for ensuring high content quality.You Are Expected To : - Be an expert in handling ESG, climate, and sustainability data- Manage a team of ES data based in New Delhi- Support onboarding, training and learning & development activities for the team- Maintain our high data quality standards by implementing leading QA practices, increasing system-based checks and improving the teams workflow- Review and sign off on high profile research, involvements and controversies- Applying knowledge and expertise to sourcing of new data sources- Identify opportunities for improving efficiencies in the content generation process- Liaise with Global Head of Sustainable Investing & ESG Research- Liaise with Global Head of Business Development & Revenues- Liaise with HR department on recruitment / selection of new staff- Liaise with Product Development Office on client feedback and demand- Participate in industry conferences and act as an Arabesque ambassadorWe Are Keen To Hire Professionals Who : - Have minimum 10-year experience in ESG ratings research, asset management research, asset owner or investment consultant research, think tanks focused sustainability, or academic research institutes- Understand the reasoning behind integrating sustainability information in the capital allocation process for institutional investors- Are motivated and passionate about solving market problems and building innovative solutions- Have experience in leading teams and working across time zones- Possess an excellent command of the English language-speaking and writing- Are not afraid of new empirical challenges and learning a new area of expertise- Possess excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite- Are motivated and passionate about sustainable finance- Enjoy hands-on work with ESG data and embrace changeBenefits : What To Expect : - Expect to advance your understanding of sustainable finance subjects, meet thoughtful people across different fields of expertise, and contribute to unique research products that will make you proud- Expect a work environment that isnt based on bureaucracy and formalities, but on integrity, ambition and the expectation that everyone is delivering to the best of their abilities- Expect to be challenged and get ready to find your own niche in the global ESG Data team- 30 days of annual leave- Sabbatical leave benefits in long run- ESOPs in long run,
