Job Description

Be the point of contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow.Manage diaries and arrange daily schedules (set up meetings, travel, reviews, speaking engagements)Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventoryFormat information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reportsScreen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceDevise and maintain office filing systemScheduling of meetings with direct reports all well as other team members as needed.Coordinate with Admin/Finance for logistical arrangements for auditors / clients / visitors / delegations.Preparation of presentations for trainings and meetingsCompilation of data, recording and preparation of MoM, weekly & monthly reports.Proof reading and editing of documents.Control and tracking of expenses, raising of PRs and Invoicing.,
